Geranium -an essential oil that is great for anxiety. It has a deep floral aroma that is calming and relaxing for both the mind and the body.
Ylang ylang -a very relaxing and balancing essential oil.
Patchouli -a very calming, grounding oil that is very relaxing to the mind and is even used as a light sedative. It anchors blends and adds depth that is hard to beat.
10 ML Roller Bottle
7 Drops Geranium Essential Oil
7 Drops of Ylang Ylang Essential Oil
7 Drops of Patchouli Essential Oil – 7 Drops Each
FCO (Fractionated Coconut Oil)

Add 7 drops ofGeranium essential oil to the roller bottle.
Add 7 drops ofYlang Ylang essential oil to the roller bottle
Add 7 drops ofPatchouli essential oil to the roller bottle
Fill the rest of the bottle with FCO
Put lid on bottle
Rub bottle back and forth in between your hands to mix together the ingredients
Apply to wrists, feet, back, or neck
